We engage the Church in face-to-face and virtual events to help those we serve support ministry through the Benefits Plan of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). We look forward to seeing you soon.
We are committed to caring for those who serve the Church by offering benefits that reflect Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) values and work together to support wholeness.
As part of that commitment, the Board of Pensions will hold Benefits Regional Summit: Understanding the Value of the Benefits Plan, a series of one- and two-day events, in various locations this spring. At these events, you’ll join Board of Pensions staff, including executive leaders and Church Consultants, to learn how benefits offered through the Benefits Plan of the PC(USA) work together to support ministries. You’ll see how the values of the scripturally based A Theology of Benefits are woven throughout the plan. You will hear about healthcare trends and costs, as well as the value of our income security plans and assistance and education programs — and how they support those who are called to serve. And you’ll hear stories of how lives have been changed through plan membership. The information shared at the summits will be the same, regardless of duration.
These events are open to all throughout the Church, including mid council leaders, pastors, personnel committee chairs, and church business administrators.
Virtual events will be held in the summer for those unable to attend an in-person event. Once details are available, they will be added to this Events page.
Registration for all events opens March 3, 2025. We encourage you to register as soon as possible. Seating is limited.
