Three tables provide information on changes in Medical Plan enrollment from Dec. 31, 2024, to Jan. 1, 2025, the start of a new year for the Benefits Plan of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). 

To help ministers and congregations understand how their benefits work together to support ministries, the Board of Pensions hosted the Benefits Regional Summit: Understanding the value of the Benefits Plan. 

To better understand how ministers and congregations made benefits decisions for 2025, particularly around family coverage, the Board will be conducting market research in partnership with Research America Inc., a national market research firm.

This was the second gathering of the partnership, with a third planned for later this year.

The 2025 Benefits Plan is the outcome of the season of rebuilding initiative launched in 2023. The changes enable more congregations to support their pastoral leadership through the Benefits Plan.

Imagining Beyond Our Limits was the theme of the 2023 Polity, Benefits, and Mission Conference, and the Reverend Dr. Frank Clark Spencer, Board President, shared in envisioning new pathways for the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).
